Network founder and international expert on mental health and intercultural competence in higher education.
Frank has been promoting mental health and intercultural competence in international higher education since 2002. As a culturally sensitive psychologist, he has extensive knowledge and experience in diversity-sensitive psychotherapy, training, and leadership.
Katja Kaboth-Larsen, M.A.
Intercultural trainer and advisor for international students, University of Oldenburg
As an experienced trainer and advisor at the University of Oldenburg, Katja Kaboth-Larsen supports international students hands-on. Her expertise in acculturation stress management, peer support and diversity promotion is based on her studies and many years of experience abroad, which makes her work particularly authentic.

Stephanie runs her own consulting firm for universities and has over 35 years of experience in the field of mental health. As former associate director of the psychological counseling service at King's College London, she has expert knowledge of internationalization and intercultural competence.

Florence Sau Ying Yu is an expert in psychological counseling and intercultural communication. As a clinically trained social worker, she specializes in counseling international students and offers workshops on mental resilience in the international campus environment.
