Wellbeing in Academia – Dipl.-Psych. Frank Haber & Associates
Surviving and Thriving
in Academia
We provide tailored mental health and intercultural services for the international higher education community. Our goal is to support students, educators and campus professionals in maintaining good mental health and building skills for surviving and thriving in interpersonally demanding and emotionally challenging living, learning, teaching and service environments.
The larger part of the iceberg is invisible.
The academic system promotes and demands excellence. However, in addition to discipline-specific knowledge and skills, it is primarily “soft” factors that determine whether satisfaction and success are achieved.
